With our colleagues at Synapse we were given the task of launching into the Australian market Norspan, an innovative opioid patch-delivery system. Given the sensitivities and conservative nature of the serious pain management target market, positioning was crucial. Working with focus group driven research, we devised a perfectly weighted proposition for Norspan that took sales from zero at launch to $20million in the first two years. |
