Our clients have entrusted us with the launch of numerous new products. One recent example is Akreos, an innovative “intra-ocular” lens that ophthalmologists use to replace the natural human lens after cataract surgery or accidental damage.

The launch required us to have a detailed understanding of the product category, the issues influencing ophthalmologists’ choice of lens, the intricasies of an extremely technical process as well as patient expectations. Encapsulating all of this and convincingly communicating the benefits of this breakthrough technology to an elite group of surgeons was a tough ask for one concept.
